Rental Policies
Upon receipt of your booking request, we will send you our rental policies terms and conditions document as well as our liability waiver for you to review, and with the assumption that you have read and agreed to both contracts, you acknowledge that you agree by signing your name to both contracts/agreements. Please let us know if there are any questions regarding the policies or documents before reserving your party and signing the contract agreements.
RENTAL POLICIES TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Reservations
Reservations require a down payment of 50% of package cost at booking. The remaining balance is due upon delivery.
A reservation is secured once a deposit is made. Dates remain open until a customer secures reservation with paid deposit.
All bookings require our Rental Policies Contract and Accident Waiver and Release of Liability Contract to be signed prior to booking.
Refundable Security Deposit of $100 due at booking. Any damage incurred to any of the rental equipment will result in forfeiture of some or all of the $100 security deposit. If all equipment is returned in perfect condition, this deposit will be refunded.
Cancellation/Refund Policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule your party, we request at least seven days notice. Any cancellation or reschedule request made less than seven days prior to the event will result in a cancellation fee of $100. No fees will apply it canceled or rescheduled due to weather.
Bad Weather Cancellation/Refund Policy
If weather conditions are forecast to be unfavorable (greater than a 50% chance of rain during your rental timeframe), you will have the option to either reschedule or cancel your event within 24 hours prior to date of delivery. Any payments you have made will transfer over to the rescheduled date.
We reserve the right to cancel your event before or after delivery if the forecast or actual weather conditions are a danger to safety, equipment, or our staff.

Delivery and Setup
All of our prices include applicable taxes as well as delivery and set up and pickup fees. Your delivery and set up may be several hours before your start time and your pick up may be several hours past your end time.

All bookings require our Rental Policies Contract and Accident Waiver and Release of Liability Contract to be signed prior to booking.
Negligence and Abuse
Our equipment and decor is of commercial quality and will not be damaged by normal use; however, you are responsible for any damage, theft, or cleaning costs not related to ordinary use which includes, but is not limited to, cutting or tearing of the tent, mattresses, linens, etc. Absolutely no food or drink, with the exception of Clearwater, is allowed in the tent space. Absolutely no make up, nail polish, confetti, silly string, oils, lotion, etc. is allowed in the tent space.
Damage/Lost or Stolen Party Items
Any damages are lost and are stolen rental equipment will incur a cost equal to its replacement. We were serve the right to exit immediately due to illegal activity or disrespectful clients. You will be charged the full price for the party.
Liability to Third Parties
Sleepee Teepee LLC Well that be held responsible for accidental or purposeful damage caused by you are your guess. We assume no responsibility or liability for accidents or damage caused during your party and our event. Additionally, we will not be liable for claims for personal injury or death while using our equipment during your hire period. These items are made for children and customers have a duty of care to supervise at all times.
Environment
A non-smoking environment must be provided at all times during the higher period. Please keep pets away from the equipment. No food, drinks, or shoes are allowed inside of the tent. Pets, shoes, food, paint, and drinks are prohibited inside the tent.
Beverages/food/make up/paint/pets
Pets, make up, polish, paint, food, and drinks are prohibited inside the tent. Any stains inside or outside the tent will result in forfeiture of some or all of the $100 security deposit.
Checklist
A checklist of the rental items and any additional items at the time of the delivery will be provided and verified by the clients and the business. It is the clients responsibility to return all the items that are checked in perfect condition the next day at the time of pick up.
Photography
Sleepee Teepee LLC reserves the right to use photographs and our videos taking at your event in any promotional media controlled by us. If you would like an image or video removed, please contact us immediately via email. Feel free to tag SLEEPEE TEEPEE LLC and any of your social media posts.
